Brownies Without Grains

I developed this recipe out of my other brownie recipe when my husband no longer wanted to eat grains (along with not eating sugar). This recipe is very tasty and even has a good texture, with no grains of any sort. — posted by Aimee88 More: continued here

Pão De Queijo – Brazilian Cheese Puffs (Gluten-Free)

A Brazilian snack or appetizer. Eat them cheesey and warm from the oven. They can be frozen and re-heated. I’ve had some purchased frozen cheese puffs, but they were very expensive. These are very easy to make and as a bonus they are gluten-free — posted by **Jubes** More: continued here

Yep, glorious fruit easily—gfe! You didn’t know there were so many definitions of this acronym, did you? Well, honestly, neither did I, but it came to mind for the creation I made today to help my parents celebrate their wedding anniversary. Made of fruit, this creation was indeed glorious and it came together easily. Of [...]

Coffee Ice Cream

I just got an ice cream maker and this was the first ice cream I made. For a richer ice cream use 2 cups heavy cream and 2 cups half and half. prep and cooking time don’t include chilling and freezing time. — posted by newmama More: continued here

Mock Apple Crisp (Gluten & Sugar Free)

When you have an abundance of zucchini, this really tastes like apple pie. Plus, it’s healthier than other "mock apple pies" that are just crackers. The crust is gluten freeand the recipe is sugar free (stevia). — posted by WI Cheesehead More: continued here
