Protecting Yourself Against Gluten Hiding in ‘Gluten-Free’ Grains
In the "gluten-free" grain study I just wrote about, researchers found gluten contamination in nine out of 22 "single ingredient" grains, seeds and flours. Millet flour, soy flour, buckwheat flour and sorghum flour - all common ingredients in store-bought gluten-free baked goods and other products - were the worst offenders.
